Reynolds IT and Sophos will not offer technical support for personal devices, but self-support via the knowledgebase is available. Additional details are available on Reynolds World in the Information Security Resources section. Reynolds will not have any visibility or control over associates' personal devices with this software. Reynolds IT and Information Security teams will not provide any support for Sophos installed on personal devices. Associates should not call the IT Help Desk or submit ISERs for support. Rather, for assistance in installing, configuring, or using Sophos Home Commercial Edition, Sophos provides a knowledge base that associates can use for self-service support by selecting the “support” button at the top of your Sophos account.
